How does the E-Cigarette work and why has it become so popular?

Hey,

I've been seeing this e-cigarette in the news a lot lately. On the news it looked a little pricy but I found this really cheap trial here. Has anyone tried it and how does it work?

I'm not looking to quit smoking but some of the conveniences of the e-cigarette sound great! Apparently it can be smoked indoors without anyone even knowing and you don't have to finish the whole cigarette, you can just take a couple drags and put it away. This sounds great to me because when I'm at work, I don't really get to take cigarette breaks very often.

Electronic cigarettes are great, it looks like a cigarette, feels like a cigarette, tastes like a cigarette but it isn't a cigarette. It's a non-flammable cigarette substitute that uses micro-electronic technology, which provides smokers a real "smoking" experience without the fire, tobacco, tar, or smell found in real cigarettes. You still get your nicotine without having to suffer many of the other negative side effects of tobacco smoking. It's smoking minus most of the bad effects! I smoke e-cigarettes too. I like to go out a lot and smoking is prohibited in all of the clubs in Austin and I simply have to smoke when I drink. Since the e-cigareete has no tobaco or flame it's completely legal. I love it!

I wish I would've known about that trial when I first started smoking them.:) Thanks for sharing the link though, I'm still going to sign up for the trial.

Cool, thnx for bringing this up. I've been wanting to try electronic cigarettes but I didn't want to spend that much on them.
